Shoe palace dwarfs foot lockers inventory. Great selection on athletic and asthetic shoes. There is sections for men, women, kids, toddlers and infants which is great because Footlocker doesn't have many age ranges. Amazing customer service and friendliness here, usually the same people and once you go in they remember you. I'll keep my business here.

We come here every time we visit Houston. Great selection of shoes and our sales associate Austin was great. He knew the shoes. Helped us find everything we needed. And was very friendly.

We couldn’t be happier with this store! It is the best place to go to get genuine help and cool shoes. Corey and Louis are the best! So patient and truly knowledgeable. My 11 year old son, Jack, loves to come visit and check out the new releases. They always make a point to talk with us. They are the reasons we come back, frequently!!! They do a great job and run a great store! Thanks for making the crazy shoe subculture understandable for me!! Y’all are the best!! Trish (aka Jack’s Mom)

It's obvious why you guys have a five star rating. I was upset today to find out you didn't have the shoes in stock my son rally wanted. I regretfully had to purchase from another so called competitor. I had the worst experience in my life buying shoes there. However my son really wanted the the new Jordan 8's or the 13's which neither you had in stock in a size 11 1/2. Corey was amazing help and the store is lucky to have such an attentive young man working for them. I'm a sales manager And im always scouting great customer service employees.

Great selection of shoes and great prices in comparison to other places. We go here often to get my son’s shoes. Cory and Isabell are so nice and a tremendous help! Thank you!

Loved the atmosphere and vibe of this store. The staff were great and got me enthused about being there. The selection of shoes, socks, and other attire is great. Good quality items at reasonable prices. Will definitely be returning and doing a lot of shopping, hope you would take my suggestion and pay them a visit as well.
